Today we embarked on a glorious hike in our future Nopolo Park! We ventured out into the Sierra with a group of nine trailblazers, of all ages and from various places around the world, who joined us to witness the majesty of Loreto’s natural beauty.
Thanks to the torrential rains from the last storm, it was all so green! The desert was in bloom with flowering cacti and hibiscus. We spied a busy spider in her web, seven types of grasses, and butterflies were everywhere!
We are so lucky to have this incredible ecosystem and to share it with new and old friends! Thanks to Keep Loreto Magical and The Ocean Foundation, we soon hope to finalize the preservation of Nopolo Park.
