New Forklift for Loreto Recycling Facility

THE NEW FORKLIFT IS HERE!

KLM supports Cesar Diaz's recycling center in Loreto, EnviroClean, and recently provided both logistics and $1,200 USD to help import a donated forklift to move compacted bales of recycled materials more efficiently.

It arrived in Loreto on July 15th from Portland, Oregon, and was already at work moving stuff around the next day. Cesar is extremely grateful for the contribution made to help get this important equipment to his recycling facility. EnviroClean just became more efficient, and able to process more recyclables!

THANK YOU JAMES BRANNAMAN

Earlier this year a gentleman named James Brannaman paid a visit to Loreto, and in particular, to the local Recycling facility, EnviroClean, run by Cesar Diaz. James works with City of Roses Disposal and Recycling, a large company in Portland OR. He graciously offered to donate a much-needed used forklift from his organization for use in moving the large compacted bales of recycled materials at the Loreto recycling center.

Thank You KLM

There were many logistical and financial challenges involved in getting the forklift and its trailer from Portland to Tecate, across the border with appropriate import registration, and then down to Loreto. Keep Loreto Magical offered to help, and covered most of the importation fees involved in processing the equipment across the border and getting it registered to EnviroClean.
